Terms of Service

Welcome to Danab. By creating an account or using our service, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. The service

Danab is an all-in-one productivity workspace that includes a Pomodoro timer, weekly planner, projects, CRM, and invoicing tools. We provide the service "as is" and do our best to keep it reliable and fast.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 16 years old to use Danab.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe.
• You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
• One person per account; don't share credentials.

3. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to:

• Use Danab for anything illegal or to harm others.
• Attempt to break, reverse-engineer, or attack the service.
• Scrape or copy data that isn't yours.
• Resell access to Danab without our written permission.
• Send spam, malware, or harassment through Danab features.

4. Plans and billing

Danab offers a Free plan and a Pro plan ($9/month). Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your account settings — your access continues until the end of the billing period.

Refunds: we offer a 14-day refund window for first-time Pro subscribers. Beyond that, all sales are final.

5. Your content

You own everything you put into Danab — your projects, notes, contacts, and invoices. You grant us a limited license to store and display that content solely to provide the service to you.

6. Service availability

We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, update features, or temporarily suspend access for operational reasons.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your workspace data is deleted within 30 days as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Danab and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.

9. Disclaimer

Danab is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will meet your specific requirements or be error-free.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. We'll notify you of material changes by email and update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use means you accept the new terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Danab operates. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
